About Crystal Cleaning
Locally owned, Pleasant View based, and cleaning windows across the Wasatch Front seven days a week.
Our Story
It started with a squeegee and a doorbell.
In 2022, Josh was a business student at Utah State knocking doors around Pleasant View, cleaning windows one house at a time to pay his way through school. He graduated from the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business in 2025. By then the side job had turned into a company.
Three thousand homes later, Crystal Cleaning runs crews from Brigham City to Bluffdale, seven days a week, from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. We are still headquartered in Pleasant View, the same town where the first door got knocked.
What carried the company from one student to five counties was not marketing. It was doing the job properly and picking up the phone. We hold a 4.9-star rating across more than 80 Google reviews, and customers consistently mention that we showed up when promised and answered when they called.
That is the whole business model: do it right, be easy to reach, and earn the next job. Every service is backed by our 100% Clean Guarantee.
Why Homeowners Choose Us
Four things most window cleaners can't offer you.
Purified water. No soap. No streaks.
For standard exterior window cleaning, we use deionized water-fed poles without soap or detergent. Mineral-free water dries spot-free and lets us reach many upper-story windows safely from the ground.
Rain protection for plan members.
Utah weather does not check your schedule. If rain visibly affects your windows within seven days, Crystal Clean Service Plan members can call us back for a free touch-up.
We remove hard-water stains.
Sprinkler overspray can etch mineral scale directly into Utah glass. We assess the damage, restore what can be restored, and can treat the pane to help slow the spotting from returning.
We answer the phone.
Customers regularly tell us we were the only company that called them back. We take calls seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., and most quotes go out the same day.
