We do not scrape unfamiliar glass blindly. The technician assesses the pane, coating, residue, and risk of fabrication debris first, then uses the safest suitable method. Some conditions should be referred back to the glass installer or builder.

Hard-water scale isn’t surface dirt — dissolved minerals bond to and etch into the glass. A squeegee and soap slide right over it. Removal takes restoration compounds and pads matched to the severity of the buildup.

They will if the cause isn’t addressed — usually sprinkler overspray hitting the glass. After removal we can treat the panes to help slow buildup from coming back, and we’ll point out any sprinkler heads worth adjusting. A recurring plan keeps them off.
